Had a dishwasher that wasn’t cycling properly. ********* sent Julian out who who diagnosed the problem very quickly. The main computer board had shorted, so a new one was ordered and replaced in short order. He was very quick, professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with service.

Home Serve is the Best! Recently we had a problem with a faulty outlet plug. We called & they immediately( since it was late @ night.) had ******** ******** (early 8am) there to fix the problem! We have various insurance plans with them not just electrical but plumbing indoor & outdoor, water heater etc. They are always fast & efficient to fix the problems. Also the people they work with like ******** ******** are great.

I bought a home in Sept 2023 and was offered HomeServe via my utility provider. Best decision I ever made. I had an issue with the furnace and called the 800 number for HomeServe and the experience was outstanding from the customer service representative over the phone to the company dispatched to my home. Home Serve sent the ***** ******company to help us with a sewer line emergency. I cannot say enough about how great their service was. They went out of their way, during a winter weather emergency period, to get our home back to functionality. ***** ****** also treated our home with caution - they cleaned up after their work and were super careful about our rooms and possessions. We are new to HomeServe. Our previous home was brand new so it didn’t require this type of service, but we’ve seen the company do great things for communities during emergencies and that’s why we selected them. We’ve had both an electrical and plumbing issue (the latter is ongoing) and in both instances, the crews who came into our home were pros. Two suggestions: 1.
