We were very pleased with the immediate response from Home Serve regarding a backed up sewer drain in our home. * * ******* ********arrived the morning after we called and had the line cleared in less than 30 minutes. However, because they did not use a camera to see where and why the blockage occurred, we are hoping the problem does not reoccur in the future.

My experience with Kramer Plumbing has always been positive. Recently I had a rfecurring problem with my drainage system. I contacted Home Serve and they quickly arranged an appointment with Kramer. It took a while to identify the problem but Home Serve and Kramer were cheerfully persistent until the problem was solved. I was very happy that I had a maintenance agreement with Home Serve. I saved a lot of money.

HomeServe's local agent, **********, dispatched their team to execute a a HomeServe-approved partial replacement on our 95yo sewer line. This Old House (and a backyard that we know has old outbuildings' demolition debris buried in it) threw the expected curve balls, But ************ impossibly good-natured digging duo dealt with it all matter-of-factly.
