I had a bad plumbing issue so I contacted HomeServe. It was easy to set up an appointment for a plumber to come fix the problem. Seth was my plumber, he arrived on time, did a great job cleaning out the sewer line. Seth was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Seth for a job well done. I would recommend HomeServe to anyone having plumbing issues.

My elderly aunt paid for years fir this insurance. Never used it. Then when she had a water leak in her bathroom, for over 2 weeks we dealt with no one completing the job. Then Home Warranty telling us she can only have 2 service calls a year. Doesn’t matter that it’s the same leak and still hasn’t been fixed.

HomeServe has really stepped up the two times that we have had to call. The first was for a broken water line and the second was just a few days ago for a damaged septic line. Both times that we have had to call, they sent someone out immediately. And the people that they sent were top notch quality businesses. I highly recommend HomeServe. They are legit! I'm very satisfied.

Outstanding Response! There is always a concern when paying for insurance - will they actually be there when I need them? Home Serve was there. We had a sewer clog on a Saturday afternoon, called HomeServe to make the claim, and they had a plumber at our house at 9am the next morning (a Sunday). The plumber was great - polite, helpful, and an expert at the job. Had our problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. From the initial call (on a weekend) to the problem being fixed was maybe 19 hours.

I’m So Glad That I Signed Up For This Service. John And The Other Worker Were Professional, He Stayed In Contact Letting Me Know They Were On Their Way, The Timeliness Couldn’t Have Asked For Anything Better. One Point Thought They Were Going To Stop But He Gave It One More Try And All Is Well. The Problem Resolution Was Perfect. I Know I Will Continue With This Service But Pray I Don’t Need It.
