I was very pleased with the response from HomeServe to my recent water problem. I was very worried about how quickly Home Serve would respond and how long it would take to resolve the problem. HomeServe responded immediately, a plumber arrived on time and efficiently resolved the problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.
