Home serve has served me well since I have had them. I have recommend them to family and friends. I used the heating and cooling service. The company that they sent to my house was very professional, communicated the problem to be repaired and made suggestions for keeping me and my family safe.

I HAVE HOME SERVE FOR SEVERAL WARRANTIES. FRASSICA INC ORIGINALLY REPLACED HOT WATER HEATER. TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE, FRIENDLY AND HAD GOOD ATTITUDE. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, KNEW HOW TO COMPLETE JOB . WASNT GETTING HOT WATER AND SAME TECHNICIAN CAME OUT AND WAS ONLY AN ADJUSTMENT NEEDED. HE STAYED LONG ENOUGH TO BE SURE THE WATER WAS HOT. AGAIN VERY POLITE, FRIENDLY AND GOOD ATTITUDE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FRASSICA INC. TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS HOME SERVE HAS VERY NICE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM. The two techs (Brian And Gadamer) that came to my home were very knowledgeable and customer friendly I've had techs come from other companies and have attitudes because I wasn't a subject expert on repair work. But that wasn't the case with Brian And Gadamer and I appreciate the service and was extremely pleased with the outcome.

HomeServe did a great job addressing my need; scheduling the service was fast and easy. The technician who came to my house, Roland, was very polite, worked fast and knowledgeably, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I definitely recommend getting insured with them.

Chris Was Very Professional And Pleasant. He Resolved My Issues With No Problem And He Offered Suggestions If The Flickering Continued, Which Would Be As Simple As Replacing My Light Bulb. If It Flickered Again In The Future, He Let Me Know To Call Home Serve If The Problem Continued. I Was Extremely Pleased. Highly Recommend Chris, He Was One Of The Best Repair Person Of Any Sort To Resolve My Issue.
