R J HEATING & COOLING CO was dispatched to replace our leaking water heater and did a great job. home serve notified us promptly that they had dispatched them within an hour after i made my call to home serve. r j heating called quickly also and kept us updated on the service call. the replacement was done within 2 hours the next day rj heating was prompt and on time both for the inspection and the day of the replacement.

Home Service provided great service. They immediately processed my request and kept me informed as to what was being done to fix my problem (water line leak) . **** ************ was the company that Home Service sent to my house. Both Home Service and **** ************ were excellent to work with. I'd recommend both for future needs.

***** ******** and HomeServe kept us informed every step of the service, from dispatch to job completion. Stott employees are to be commended. They text and called their planned arrival, and arrived on time and ready to attack a tough in the wall plumbing problem in our 100 year old house. They swiftly completed the job and cleaned the area before leaving. All were congenial and efficient in their efforts and if I ever have plumbing issues again they will be my first ( and only) call.

HomeServe worked with *** ****************) to replace our gas line. The office kept us up to date on the crew activities and the crew was efficient and timely with the tasks. The job was done and they wasted no time in doing it. Each task was completed w /o any issues. After the line was inspected, the crew was right back to fill the trench and smooth out the lawn. We could not be happier with the end result.

First time using HomeServe, was surprise at how they helped me with my problem. I had a broken sewer pipe in driveway, not an easy fix and very costly. They sent out the pros and fixed it at no cost to me. I can't state enough how important it is to have insurance(low cost) for your sewer, gas line, and water. When something breaks on the outside the city does not cover it. Thank you HomeServe!
