I have HomeServe contracts for Heating/AC and plumbing for many years, call them very seldom just paying a lot every month. Now i have valve leaking under the sink, and they refused service saying I had 2 requests during contract year. Looks like they are good at pulling your money, but when you need service, they give you every reason to refuse!

Every time I have had a problem HomeServe is quick to answer and help. They are courteous and professional and quickly get someone out to solve my problem. The service companies that they use are also professional and courteous and quick to solve me problem.

The problem got diagnosed and taken care of in a timely fashion. The guys worked hard in very cold weather, kept us apprised of progress and did a great job. Would hire them again!

He was very quick and neat doing the job. The customer service rep was very helpful the second time I called she let me know, nothing was in the system for me and took care of it. by the time I hung up the phone I received a call from the plumber.... awesome
