Every experience we have had with HomeServe USA has been outstanding. The local contractors they use are true professionals, hospitable, and always very timely. If you do not have a HomeServe service plan, consider them. We just had a 20-year-old water heater in our home fail. It could not be repaired. HomeServe approved full replacement at ZERO cost. All Communications Before, During And After Service Were Good. The Problem With Our Main Sewer Service Line Was Resolved Swiftly And Well Done. Thank You! This was my first experience using the HomeServe warranty. Assigned people from ******** ******** * ******* through Home Serve stayed in contact for scheduling. Examination by the initial investigator, Romey, evaluated the problem and provided input to the company for resolution requirements. Work crew arrived on time, did a good Job excavating, finding the leak location, and then fixing it in one day. The work crew was personable and easy to interface with.

Very pleased with the service. My furnace went out Saturday morning and was fixed and running again within 24 hours. AI answered my calls, but quickly passed me to a real person. I was kept well informed about who was coming and when. The technician was professional, pleasant and very competent. Overall - I highly recommend this service.

This is my third experience with * ***** ******** * ***** ************ **** **************via my HomeServe warranty. From the minute I called HomeServe. I was given prompt and compassionate service. My sister is very ill and had just come home from 16 week stay in the hospital. To have a problem with our sewer system on a weekend was very upsetting and I was in tears.
