I met the today, there is nothing wrong with Leo. The problem is the waiting time that I have to go through to get a problem fixed. This problem is going in the to three weeks. Just doesn't make sense.

I have no idea what so ever who or what this business is at all. I never talked to anybody or did I inquire about any type of home warranty at all to any company, business or Home Serve USA Repairplan. Without my authorization or any type of notification on 11/28/2023 a company named Home Serve USA Repairplan did in fact debit my bank account at * * * ****for $107.88. This charge of $107.88 has been disputed with my bank and a Stop Payment has been issued for any other future transactions.
The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He resolved my issue very timely. He saved me time for resolving my issue. HomeServe is great. I am glad to be with them.
