They know their stuff. As soon as they walked in they introduced themselves and got to work. After asking us the problem they knew exactly what to do to fix it. It was fixed in minutes. I have another home warranty but it takes at least 4 days to a week for someone to come fix the problem. I called Home Serve and they were here the next day. Awesome service..

So far I've only had to use HomeServe once, but I got to say if I didn't have their insurance plan on my hot water tank, I would have been up the creek without a paddle. I have other plans with them as well, hope I don't have to use them , but if so, I'm confident they'll be there for me. So far great experience with HomeServe??

Pleased with the prompt service I received form Home Serve, USA, when I called about my leaking Hot Water. Heater. The ************ ********Company they sent to review the problem is Very Good in Terms of Timeliness. In responding to the repair needs. Richard, the Plumber, was Very Polite with a high level of Professionalism! He helped with the Replacement of my Hot Water Heater and communicated every aspect of the process with me. I have several Home Serve contracts. I recently had water pouring out of a pipe under my kitchen sink on Thanksgiving night. I called Home Serve and within a short period of time, I was contacted by a plumber who confirmed they would be at my house the next day. The Service Was Provided Promptly And Efficiently. Problem Solved. Would Highly Recommend Home Serve.

Recently, Eberto from Croppmetcalfe came to our house for electric repair under HomeServe's plan. He Is highly professional and efficient as well as friendly with a sense of humor, and he solved the problem in a flash to our fullest satisfaction. First Homeserve confirmed my coverage, and sent the plumbing contractor within the hour unheard of these days. It was a two-man team they diagnosed the leak location and were able to identify what was needed. The wall breakage was limited, and they replaced the necessary piece of pipe. From the original call in to the final cleanup, all within three hours. Very satisfied five star quality.
