I am so glad I have HomeServe, Phil explained what was going on and if it happened again I would be able to fix it myself. He was on time and very professional. This week I was with a group of friends and we were talking about home repairs and to our surprise five of us use HomeServe, the other two looked on the website to see what services they could use and they were going to sign up as well.

The plumbers were nice and respectful, the assistant mgr was nice, BUT, I’m not satisfied at all with the “repairs that was done replacing the concrete on my floors. My tub is not level after they removed and installed, their clean up of the dirt in my laundry room should have been better. I can still see dirt , the walls in bath and laundry room need re doing I just had my laundry room painted in march. I’m just noticed this last week. I had sickness in my family and the workers were are of this. I trusted them to do right ... read more

When they said they would be there at such time ..They were there on time and they know what there doing as professional's all we had to do is tell them what they needed to know and the rest was all there's to do there job.. Thank's..
They have very professional plumbers who help explain what exactly is wrong in layman terms and they are very polite both times they came out to service my plumbing issue. I highly recommend HomeServe over all other warranty places and I have tried. ***** **** ******** *****sounded real good until I tried to use them they gave me the complete runaround leave that company alone . HomeServe stands by their word thank you HomeServe I recommend every home to use this warranty company ASAP!
