VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HOMESERVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First, HOMESERVE sent horrible plumbers to fix our plumbing issues. We had a slow drain in our main bathroom, we were at least able to take a shower and allow the water to drain slowly. The plumbers came in, supposedly to fix the problem and made it worse. Now we are unable to use the shower, because what ever the first plumbers did, the drain is now completely clogged and nothing is draining. We had a sewer backup which turned out to be directly under our paved driveway. I called Homeserve and they responded immediately. Everything Went Very Smoothly Even Though There Was A Week’s Delay in the final repair Since **********Was Very Busy With Emergencies. The People Were All Fantastic. I have no complaints at all about the service which Homeserve has provided.

The service I recently received from ****** ******** *** *******was great; the repair person (Elmer) identified the issue and showed it to me; he had to order a part and then returned the next day and fixed the problem; and, rechecked it as well to ensure everything was working. In addition, he cleaned up as well - a very nice individual providing a great service.

I'm a 74 yr old woman that lives alone. I'm always a little worried when I have to have strangers come into my home for repairs! However, this guy was awesome! He got to my home on time. Has a very friendly attitude, fantastic personality, and great sense of humor! Did a fantastic job! He showed me the pipe he had to remove with the 3 holes in it! So far and I had to use them around twice a year for several years now ,it has been the best service. Always on time and always resolved the issue .
