Refused payment, misleading, fraudulent customer service, never once told me I had to use their contractors, knew I was using ***********and even gave me the email to email invoice. Told me down to the penny what my refund would be, knowing I had to let them send someone out to install new water heater. Corrupt if you’re asking me my opinion. They came out to repair my Water Heater because my Pilot Light kept going out. I was told that my Water Heater could not be fixed. This was a lie, I found out it was the Thermal Coupler and I had someone else repair my Water Heater. The Representative at Homeserve told me that "they didn't make that part any more for my Water Heater because it was 13 years old." This was a lie. They wanted me to do a side deal with the Plumber and pay him $1,000.00 for a New Water Heater.

I had a water leak, called HomeServe and they sent someone out that same morning, had ******** ***call out that afternoon to mark the lines and were back the next morning to fix my water leak. They did a fantastic job and there was no cost to me.

It was easy to schedule our appointment and they called and texted to confirm. The plumber arrived as scheduled. He was able to identify the problem and fix it. He was professional and kept us updated on his progress. It took him a few hours out there in the mud and drizzle but he never seemed bothered! He cleaned everything up when he was done. Very positive experience for us!
