Home serve was extremely responsive, I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. My issue was completely resolved within 4 hours of my first call.

From the first call placed to HomeServe I was impressed and relieved - I don't think I was placed on hold for more than 2 minutes during the entire process. The customer service person was friendly and efficient, and a plumber was at my home that day. Once the plumbers submitted their paperwork, my claim was approved within hours and the work was completed by competent and communicative contractors. Highly recommend for any and all warranties!!

I called Home Serve since my gas boiler stopped working they sent a heating specialist to my house, he took care of problem very quickly, I'm glad I have Home Serve

We were pleasantly surprised regarding the service. From the moment we placed our call for assistance to the conclusion involving a visit from a Plumbing service. The person who took our initial call was so kind and professional. We could tell you train your staff well. I don't recall her name but she was very good. HomeServe is a total rip-off. We've had a contract with HomeServe for over 30 years to service our gas boiler. A technician came to our home for a routine yearly check-up. After changing the pilot, he completely shut down the system because soot was in the system (that they maintain every year) and CO2 level was high. No heat on the coldest day of the year.
