Joshua was great. He came in and analyzed the problem right away, and with in 20 minutes he had the problem solved. Liked his friendly professional manner. He put everything back that he had to move to get to the drain. We are very pleased with the service.

I have 3 service plans with HomeServe. Earlier this year I used HomeServe for an HVAC repair and I recently used them for an issue with my exterior sewer line. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. Best of all there was no out of pocket expense!

After being turned over to three different HVAC contractors to respond for a gas furnace not working on a Wed, in frigid day and night time temperatures and a wait of three days, Wed -Fri for the third contractor, my part not being available on this Friday, we had to wait an additional three days for the part to come in. The last contractor did an excellent job. Total days without heat awaiting a contractor to respond, three days, Wed -Fri. An additional two days without heat, Sat-Sun, total five days without heat.
