After buying HomeServe insurance for the last 5 years, I had occasion to call them for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I was very pleased with their timely response. Although the contractor was not able to pinpoint the point of the leakage in our crawlspace since it was not actively leaking at the time, Big Ben gave us some good ideas for finding the source when we turn on our sprinklers in the spring. I would recommend both Home Serve and ***** ******** *** ***********
I had a major issue with the pipe for my plumbing that burst and caused the toilets to bag up. This caused the sewage to run out into the yard. When Homeserve sent out there technicians to fix it and the other guys to clean out the line they were very Polite, Professional and also offered suggestions.
