Excellent experience! Commendable service! No other home protection company I ever used (and some I still use) for my other properties have ever come close to HomeServe service. I am going to replace others with HomeServe. They call you ahead, explain the work and I seldom had to call them back like I hear "silly excuses" like the others. *** *

After making a call to Homeserve, I was contacted by the electrical company. They would have a worker out the next day. he arrived on time, He assessed the problem, may his evaluation, explained the situation to me and very professionally he had the problem solved in a very short period of time. He was friendly and polite and very knowledgeable. I love my Homeserve warranty program.
