The Guys Went Above And Beyond In Trying To Fix The Problem, They Even Cleaned Up The Floor Before Leaving, And They Found Additional Problems That They Reported To Homeserve ! They Were Great !! Very Happy With Houston And The Guys Here.

Every time I use Home Serve, I am so impressed with their response time. ** ******* plumbing has always been the service providers for my home. I can't say enough good things about ** ******* and Home Serve. Corey has been to my home twice to address plumbing and sewer issues. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and polite. I had a wonderful experience with Home Serve. I had a problem with water leaking from my main line. I called to start a claim and within an hour I had an appointment for a Plumber to come and inspect. FPS plumbing came out and inspected, sent in a report for approval from Home Serve and within 48 hours my problem was fixed. My Entire Experience From First Call With Tamika To Job Being Completed By Dustin Were Obsoletely Fabulous!!

Thank goodness for Homeserve. They saved me thousands of dollars when I had a leak in my water line outside of my house. I deducted 1 star because the original company they sent (****** ********) was terrible. The owner is nasty and a scammer. Didn’t fix the leak and had 2 no call no shows. Homeserve then sent another company (**** ****) they were great. I wish they were called first. They were on time, let me know what they found, and then started the repair. They even informed/ask me about clipping some of my tree branches... read more

HomeServe is fabulous. A pipe broke under my kitchen sink at 7 pm on a Sunday night. I have indoor pipe insurance policy with HomeServe. A repairman, Gaetano, arrived before 11 am Monday morning. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He patiently answered all of my questions, and he got the job done within 15 minutes. Kudos to HomeServe for meeting their insurance obligations in such a professional way. Strongly recommend.
