This was my first time to use HomeServe after having the service for several years. I was pleasantly surprised! I made one call to them and they had a plumber at my house within a couple of days. It took some time to get the lines marked and then have someone come out to locate the leak, but once that was done the plumbers had the leak fixed right away. I had a leak underground about 2 feet from my house and about 4 feet deep. I was very pleased with K&S Plumbing that HomeServe sent out and never saw a bill for any service. ... read more

The folks at Homeserve we super helpful when my hot water heater broke on 12/21. They had someone at my house the next day, and I had hot water that evening. My plumber, Brian was the best! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my water heater install. Thank you so much!

I recently had an issue with the HVAC System in our home.
