I had a plumbing problem at my house and called HomeServe to see if my warranty with them would cover it.They put in a repair order right away and I was contacted my ******* ******* *** **r a short time later and they scheduled an appointment with their plumbing technician.Cody came out a couple of days later accessed my problems and immediately went to work.He was very knowledgeable professional courteous and solved my issue quickly. I am glad I have HomeServe and will continue using them!

This is the second time I had to use HomeServe and I am so glad I had them!!! Both my leaks were outside and deep and HomeServe came to my rescue!!! Thank you!!!

We have been with them for about 5 years and just recently they have started taking triple the amount out of our checking account that we actually owe a month for our payment. We have called and spoken to someone on the phone and even sent email showing the proof of the charges and nothing has been credited back and also no one has tried to contact us about this matter. We have had HomeServe for many years. We've used it twice. Both times when our furnace was acting up. Both times it was cold outside. Both times HomeServe had someone at our place within an hour and both times they were very nice, very helpful, very knowledgeable and took care of the issue right away. Those 2 instances have made worth carrying HomeServe. The folks on the other end when you call were both very nice, didn't try and talk me out of things or sell me something, they just listened, and initiated the help we needed... read more
