Technician Christopher was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We had a plumbing problem that caused sewage back-up and not able to use bathroom facilities. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had us back in operation within an hour. We highly recommend HOmeServe to others.

He had good communication skills and kept me informed on what was going on with the job that he was performing. The company itself returned my phone call in a timely manner to set up my appointment.

I had a slow drip under my sink. I sent in my request to Home Serve and ***** *** *** ********contacted me shortly thereafter to let me know when they would have someone out. Jonathan with ***** His showed up promptly....actually a little earlier than expected which was even better. He identified the problem and repair was complete. Very courteous and professional! Most of all I felt comfortable with everything....because sometimes it can be intimidating to have a plumber come to your home. Highly recommend!
