I called HomeServe at 3am after I awoke to ¼ of my house being in the dark and trying the few things I know to remedy it. Not only could I call 24/7, I was able to speak to a living person:) By 9am, a local electrician had already called and set up an appointment first thing the following morning. HomeServe quickly and efficiently had everything taken care, all I had to do was sign the work order when everything was back up and running. . I must say, my first time ever having to use HomeServe, they earned an A++ in my book!

Within a few days one of the managers from HomeServe reached out to me to get my complete story. He followed up with me a week later with a future solution. I was very impressed that the company cared enough to contact me directly. I'm all in on HomeServe.
