HomeServe sent Ryan with **** ***to repair a total power outage in my home. I had previously paid $100 to an electrician to perform a service call because I forgot I had HomeServe. Once Ryan came, I told him what the other electrician's findings were. Ryan was able to determine the ACTUAL problem and resolve it. He was thorough and professional. I highly reccomend HomeServe, and am so glad to have the service in place.

I have always had great service from Home Serve. I requested service for a leak under my kitchen sink and slow drainage in my bathtub, I called for service on 2/1/24 and a service tech came on 2/3/24. The tech (Aaron Gonzales )was prompt, polite and was able to fix the bathtub problem. He advised me that the leak in the kitchen was coming from my faucet and I need to replace it. Horrible experience. Sent a company that does not even do the work needed. Second company had to start from scratch. Took nearly 4 weeks to get a company out to repair a complete sewer blockage from day of complaint. When contractor found additional issue, homeserve refused to speak to me as homeowner and would only allow contractor to submit an additional request to their system. AND will require a new evaluation before they approve remainder of repair. No compensation for being unable to use our home this entire time. Last... read more

Allow me to preface this by saying that I hate AI!!!!! I cooperated but still wanted to speak with a live person. The call from the plumbing company came while I was holding. The appointment scheduled for the same day. The tech was great, informative and personable. He let me know the plan. Job done in a timely manner! Sorry to those I know in other places that did not have similar experience!

I call Homeserve about a water leak that i had in my bed room, and they sent out ******plumbing. the person they sent out did not check where the water leak came from and he just walk in my bed and look at the wet floor and he stated to me that your house is on a slab foundation. And he stated to me that he will get some out to my house check to see where that water leak coming from and i told him ok i be looking for. We called for a pipe leak. They set up the appointment in no time. The technician that came, accessed the issues. Unfortunately it was a bigger job but they communicated with us immediately. The job was done in a day. I have HomeServe for everything!!! ************* did the job and did a wonderful job.
