Marek from *** ******came to home to fix my sewer problem on Super Bowl Sunday. He was at my house with 1 hour, Very Nice, Friendly and got the job fixed. Great experience! Had a septic line problem and called Home Serve about my policy. The quickly contacted *******who sent out a technician. He developed a plan to fix my issue and very professionally fix my problem. the tech kept me informed all through the process and made a follow up call to insure there were no further issue. Home serve has been the best insurance company I have ever had.
