I knew when I won a free water test, there was probably going to be a sales pitch, but I was willing because of the water test. Wylan was terrific. Not only did he test the water and explain what it all meant, he spent extra time answering the many questions my spouse had and never got frustrated when he was asked the same question over and over again. Charles was very informative and was not a "pushy" salesman. I enjoyed his presentation and the results from his testing were what I need to have to make an informed decision and to seek additional inquires about certain products and systems.
Gary was very friendly and easy to work with, and was extremely knowledgeable about RainSoft products. He explained things very well in regards to our in-home water, and was able to help us understand what we should and should not be concerned about.

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR NEW WATER SYSTEM AND FEEL WE HAVE MADE A PURCHASE FOR OUR FUTURE HEALTH AND ENJOYMENT.
