Gary J did a very good job with the water tests and demonstrating the problems with our water.
The Water Solutions team came to the house and tested our water. It took a little over 2 hours for the testing and the explanation of the materials involved. It was pleasant and the "experiments" and results were interesting. My only complaint is that it took over 2 hours to complete the explanations of the water tests and "treated water" (as they called the conditioned water). The Rain Soft product is being installed soon, so I cannot comment on the product installation, the product itself, or it's functionality at this poi... read more
Our water analysis, Tanner, was very professional. For being on the job such a short time, was very knowledgable and able to answer all our questions. We feel very confident in our decision to purchase our water system.

We had a good experience with RainSoft. The water test took almost 2 hours so be prepared to spend some time with these guys. The install was done next day and done really well, by a great crew.
Experience started with Annette who did an excellent presentation. She was very organized and informative. Presentation was scientific, but also personal side that really showed the daily benefit of the system. The installation went very well. Both Drew and Jack were very efficient and thorough. Did the work well and very informative. Very little disruption of our day and a pleasure to have in our home. I would recommend all three without reservation.
