I was shopping at Home Depot when a man in a Home Depot shirt asked me if I would take a water survey. I agreed thinking it was something for the store's consumer research. Turned out it was with Home Water Solutions and they are marketing their system by checking out your home's water. Great people and great information. Low pressure sales but it sells itself. Glad to meet our water analyst.
This business only cares about making sales and not about customers. We bought a water purification system from them. Installation was supposed to be included but the team they sent out was untrained and they had to send someone on another day to finish the job. After a few months our water company came and rang the doorbell saying that we were spending 40000 gallons a month only to find out that the system had blown in the crawl space. The service of the individuals who set up the appointment and the individual who came to give us the demonstration was excellent. I have no complaint about that, and I imagine the product is probably quite good. What I don't like is, as the initial appointment came to a close, there was no written information that she could give us to review and use to make an informed decision. I don't like that kind of sales approach and it won't work with us.
Excellent technicians! Very friendly and helpful
Annette was great. Very informed and knowledgable. Down to earth and had to deal with kids running around during her presentation. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this to anyone is the price. I was assuming it may be a few thousand bucks for a home water treatment solution, but when all is said and done, the entire package came out to 10 grand.
We enjoyed the free water testing Gary conducted and the treated water is great!
