Scheduled an appointment through Home Depot, and the sales woman showed up on time. The product seemed very worthwhile, but I was not in a position to acquire anything at that point in time. I wouldn't go so far as to call the sales pitch "pushy", but there was some pressure to buy something that day. When we are in a better position, i do plan to reach out and purchase one item. Pablo was great! The water test was educational, interactive and very informative. We had a lot of questions about their water filtration system and he did a great job explaining everything to us. Installation was done next day. My only complaint would be that for the amount of money one spends on one of their water systems, a follow up phone call would be very much appreciated as well as a scheduled test of our system to ensure it's functioning as promised.
Loren did an excellent job with her presentation of the Home Water Solutions products. Her testing skills were awesome as well! We are considering several product options, as they all seem to provide solutions to our awful water. Thanks Loren!
Pablo was very thorough in his testing and explanation of the condition of our home water. Great at explaining their products and services. We haven't made a decision at this time but the time and information was very informative.

Pablo came to our house to demonstrate the system. He was very knowledegable, friendly and professional. He covered the various issues and problems with city water and how they are affected and often alleviated with a purification system. It was very informative and even somewhat surprising what we learned. Well worth the time spent.
