The workers hooked the system up to my water sprinkler system. The lawn started dying, and once I turned off the valve between the two systems it started to come back.
The system was installed directly to my refrigerator only, without ant problem. It is tucked up into the floor joists in basement and almost invisible. It is pricey but if it protects our health it is worth it. The only downside is that it has limited capacity and with 5 people using it, it can sometimes run low on output. Maybe adding a larger/second storage tank could help.

Over all good have had a few more issue then I would have liked to have had but they do get right out to fix them.

I was concerned about the water situation at our new home, so I brought them in to show me the options available. The salesman was very friendly, but the sales pitch was very strong. We decided to go with the system, and so far, I am satisfied. I would advise those interested to be prepared for a strong pitch and a high price quote. Do some research on your own and be prepared for their visit. Again, to this point, which is almost a year, I am satisfied.
All the technicians that came to my home were great and had awesome personalities/kind. The Home Water Solution system did not work for me because it could not be ran to my refrigerator. Therefore, I feel it was a slight misrepresentation to get me to purchase the system. After giving my notice of not wanting the system because it could not be added to my refrigerator as promised, Home water did not have the same enthusiasm to remove from my home and did not call the finance company to tell them it was removed/cancelled. Absolute worst company to get water purified through. Their “certified” plumbers have no idea what they are doing. They incorrectly installed a system under my sink now my floors are ruined and i have to gut my whole kitchen to fix it. We are talking 15,000 dollars worth of damage! The owner Donovan said he didn’t care about my kitchen or the damage done. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
Great products. Ciera's presentation was thorough and she was courteous. We liked the products, but are on a fixed income and cannot afford it at this time.
