I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Lucas & Kara who helped us find answers to our water problems here in Brighton. I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance in this area because they are both knowledgeable and professional. We were able to see what services they offered, how much necessity existed, and they helped us to keep costs within our budget to remedy the water problems in our home. Today, we have the equipment installed. I call that fast service. and in today's world THAT IS EXCEPTIONAL.
My service has always been good and friendly. I would like to state that the salt bags do not last as long as the salt blocks, so I am not happy with that change.

We worked with Home Water Solutions for the first time this year since RainSoft went out of business. We had previously purchased a system from RainSoft and were able to have Home Water Solutions come in and check the system and bring us salt. The technician who came out was very friendly and helpful and scheduled us right away for an appointment to replace a component at a reasonable cost.
Have had my Rainsoft system for 19 years, and when Home Water Solutions came out this year for my annual service nothing was different than with Rainsoft, even the technician was the same one as I've had at Rainsoft for the last few years. Pricing and the good service was the same.
Ok, Rainsoft of Denver went out of business about 1 year ago. The new company that opened to replace it is Home Water solutions. They are very difficult to work with. I have an older Rainsoft system and I have encountered nothing but irritation, hard luck stories and stalling tactics. 1. I updated my system with a new well head & computer to the tune of $1990.00. 2. Back in Dec. 2018 the system quit functioning. I made an appointment and they said they were booked out to Feb. 2019. The original system you have is very old and contained resin that was very old and the service records show it was not serviced from 2008 to 2016. Home Water Solutions uses bait-and-switch and high-pressure sales tactics. I have a house with well water that has high iron content. I sent a well water sample to Homewater Solutions for evaluation using a mail-in packet they displayed at Home Depot. Over a year later they followed up, insisting on sending somebody to my house to collect a sample. The day before the scheduled appointment, they cancelled and requested to reschedule the next week. In theory, this system is great however the company hires inadequate people to install the system and in return has cause several different water leaks in the home cause mold an damage and almost a fire in out basement. At first they tell you that they will fix it by making a claim to their insurance company which for our first leave did nothing and the company wrote is a check themselves.
