We had Pablo out to our home from Home Water Solutions to do some water tests. He made the presentation fun, interesting and informative. We did already have a pretty good base of knowledge concerning water quality but also learned a few things. Pablo was very professional and took the time to get to know us and our family needs. He even remembered the dogs name. He offered us various options to fit our needs. We will be sure to recommend Pablo and Home Water Solutions to our family and friends.
Very knowledgeable and informative. Wish we had the funds to put this in our home. Not feasible at this time. It seems to be a great product.
Pablo was the salesman who came to our house. He was very friendly and engaging. He demonstrated to us the various issues with our city water and showed how their products can greatly improve the quality of our drinking water and also how this would help with household cleaning and laundry. We would absolutely install this system in our home, but we are preparing to move over seas. Overall this was a very positive and informative experience.
The sales team was very friendly from the lady setting up our appointment on the phone to Bradly (the salesman) who came in our home. The water testing was informative and helped us in making the decision to act on the purchase of our ******** system for our home. Very positive experience. Water testing tech was friendly, pRetty knowledgeable, and made sure we understood each step of the testing procedure. We had been told there would be no sales with the test & that was true. Learned something during this, but the promised detail on particulates was not provided. We had been told there would be a detailed ident- ifcation of particulates, but all we got was an overall reading. The first appointment we made resulted in no one showing up. Not even a call. When we made this new appointment, the customer service rep was very apologetic and helpful. Gary, the water tech, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us understand the water test and quality of our water. Really appreciated the fact that there was no pressure to purchase.
The whole team was friendly and the in home presentation was interesting, enjoyable, and informative.
