My daughter had a procedure yesterday at Holyoke medical center day stay unit and our experience was wonderful. All of the nurses that provided her care were caring, nurturing and professional. They went above and beyond our expectation. From this mom, I can't thank you enough for all you do!!
ER wait was about five minutes. Brand new facility, great care. May be Holyokes best kept secret.
Next time I’ll go to the VA to wait. � maybe spend some money on more employees rather then making things look pretty with uncomfortable furniture!
