called 2 weeks ago for an apt was told someone would call me back.. no one still has called----in the meantime do they care about their clients? Apparently not as of today I'm still waiting. I called yesterday and left a message for a surpervisor..do u think anyone called me back?? NOPE and today they are refusing to let me even speak to any supervisor! smh find a different practice this one isn't worth the headaches!

I want to talk about my journey and weight loss in the Holyoke Weight management group. Dr. Raftopolus and his group are amazing. I started my journey Feb 1, 2017. I am now post op and have lost a total of 120 lbs and I am still loosing. This group has been so supportive and helpful. I am so happy I chose Holyoke Hospital as my weight loss hospital. They took excellent care of me… Third shift staff is unbelievably exceptional they have so much compassion thank you for the staff on the third floor and the staff in the ER that took good care of me I will be going back to Holyoke Hospital for any of my family emergencies I had to have surgery this is my first time at Holyoke Hospital and I was the first time I actually fell I was in good hands
I go there for neurology I see Mohammad Hazratji, I cannot say enough good things about him. He takes the time to listen to his patients and is a very caring doctor. I have recommended his on several occasions, if your in need of a neurologist please go see him you won't be disappointed...
HMC is the hidden jewel of Hospitals. My family and I love the compassion and care at HMC. Will always bragg what a great place this is to go if an ER visit is necessary. The level if care is outstanding and quick. 5 + stars all the way. Just had the best care from Michael Crenshaw and nurse Karen. So amazing. Thank you for such a great place for healing, because healing begins with love.
