RecommendedI was there recently and the staff were very friendly and efficient. I was in and out as scheduled. However, the parking situation over there is horrendous! The valet were even having a problem finding spots. After driving around for about 8 minutes, I finally had to use their service. This also affects 10 Hospital Dr. I can't imagine what they will do when the snow flies. excellent treatment for the patient and family
I have had very serious stays at HMC the staff and Doctors and specialists are knowledgeable and confident as any other hospital around I will give them a grade of A+. My go to Hospital. There I feel safe.
Sending political propaganda magazines to me bc I was a patient there. Unethical. I give you a zero. YES ON 1 LOW MOVE, HMC.
Always great service. Love the valet parking! ICU is second to none. Fantastic food!!!
Whenever I have needed medical help I have gone to the Holyoke Medical Ctr. Whether in the emergency room or checked onto a floor, the care has been outstanding. When patients are moved from one room to another it's usually because a private room is needed for an incoming patient. In my case the incoming patient was a male and I was moved into a room with another woman. Not a big deal. The staff was invariably kind and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this place.
