The oncology department staff is amazing, and I've been to e.r. twice, both times got good fast care (unlike my experiences at Baystate and Mercy).
While waiting in the waiting room and sitting near window.. I could feel a major cold draft on my back. So much so I had to put my coat 🧥 on 🥶❄️💨
i recommend everything even the emergency department i love it
Been here for OVER 3hrs. Only had vitals taken. Swear only 2 nurses are on. 5 people released while waiting BUT NO ONE CALLED IN. New building but still same ole crappy ER. !!!!!!
