RecommendedThe birthing center is absolutely wonderful when I went in 2015 to give birth to my kiddo. They were nice & helpful. You had so many options for delivery. It was comfortable too.
Why is Baystate, Mercy and the Holyoke Medical center not utilizing the old Sears Department store at the Eastfield Mall as a testing and triage center for COVID-19 for the residences of Hamden county. The space is readily available and would allow the the hospital's to keep other patients safe and to resume surgeries. The mall is closed to non- essential businesses. The management company is planning on tearing the Sears down anyways...
Thank you Holyoke Medical Center and Staff for your service, being on the front line for all of us through this difficult time, the long hours you have to endure with PPE and most of all your positive attitude and willingness to help others.
