A good hospital Holyoke Medical Center is a good hospital that offers the same care as other local bigger hospitals, but without all the wait. The also have a blood donor center and behavioral health network. I like the more individualized attention you can receive here.
So-so. Holyoke Hospital's staff is generally very good - they seem to know what they're doing and are patient and helpful, but communication skills need work and if someone says they'll call you back they probably won't. The hospital itself leaves a lot to be desired. It is old and run down, parking is limited and rather far from the hospital entrance, and the rooms are on the dreary side.

Very quick and even tho I went for migraine they heard wheezing and follow up with that and since my bp n pulse were high at arrival they had me on heart monitor to keep eye on me since I am risky to heart attack and syncope
Amazing staff theough out the ER. love the service and attention. lots of love from everyone. 😊 Definently a place to go.
