So far, I have been to Holyoke Medical Center three times... once to the ER for a fall, once to my new primary care and once to the GI doctor. I had been experiencing severe and chronic vomiting and knew I wasn't going to get answers from the ER. So, I called when I got my referral for March - I told them my symptoms and that my GI doctor is in Nashville and I was new to the area and needed a new GI. The people are great to there patient yes there go out of there way to make you comfortable.

I've been admitted in since Friday and all I can say is this place and staff and doctors are excellent. All you hear is the nurses and cna's laughing, smiling, and treating everyone with high respects and the doctor's excellent. I'll be coming here from now on.
I was treated with kindness & I respect they always came in my room with a smile on their face which brightened up my day everyday, every evening and every night. The most kindest nurses and aides you can never find the doctors are great, gentle hands I love my experience here truly treated me like family. They kept my spirits up when I felt lost also they r very accommodating they made sure I always had everything I needed.
