We are here right now, and I can tell you, NEVER AGAIN! This place is so shady when it comes to their fees. When I called to get more information, and possibly make a reservation, the lady went over all the different plans with me. I was shocked to hear, that even after paying an average of $250 a night, you still have to pay a $15 per night resort fee, which gave you wifi (free at most hotels), 2 bottles of water per night, coffee pods (not very good ones) and an umbrella with 2 chairs on the beach (if you are lucky enough ... read more

Ate at main restaurant (Margaritaville). 2 of us got the burgers. Possibly the worst, grossest burgers we have ever eaten in our combined 100+ years on this planet. Not only odd tasting but odd looking!

This is an absolutely beautiful resort but the lack of customer service is astounding and will ruin your vacation. The unprofessional and lackadaisical attitude of several staff members at the front desk including the "manager" that we asked for help from was disgusting. We traveled from Orlando, FL and came to Margaritaville with 4 different couples and stayed at this resort for 5 nights. The place was lovely but go across the street to the 5'oclock somewhere bar and grill and the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful.. service is ok but the atmosphere and the food is great!
Use to work at margarittaville restraunt in the resort, worse management they could ever have. HR department even worse. Place is just not what it should be, ate there with my family alot of tables were open and had to wait almost an hour to get seated. Everyone was all over the place, I tried coming back to work to help the restaurant but says there not hiring at this point. I just got home from our wk long stay at margaritaville! I actually loved everything about it except for the housekeeping staff. Things went missing and stuff that should have not been moved or touched was out of place. That's really my only complaint other than that i think i would def pay another visit to margaritaville.

We stayed 3 nights the Landshark pool was a lot of fun. The beer on tap was awesome. The slide was super fun, kids went down about 85 times in 3 days. Kids also tried out the flo rider like a surf machine was really cool. The room was perfect size. The view was amazing on north side of hotel, you can see intracoastal and beach. Huevos rancheros for breakfast at the Margaritaville restaurant was great. Across the street you can paddle board and get trashed at the bar. Great time.
I love this place. Everyone is professional. And the you need the room keys to us the elevator is great. I couldn't do everything. They have different things going on in the hotel. It's very clean. Did not have to wait in line for towels or for wrist band.
