Beautiful lobby and found the staff upon arrival and departure very attentive. Even offered cold water bottles while waiting for my car. Yes, there is a $35 parking fee for overnight stay (stayed just one night). Was VERY surprised at finding very cheap flat paint used on the corridor walls and even in my room. For a new hotel (about a year old now) it already needs TLC because of all the marks on walls. Worst service and food. My son got sick as soon as we left the restaurant. Tried to make a complain and security guard were so rude and unprofessional.mike or mark did not want to help us. We made a complaint let see how long it takes them to contact us.
We love this place! Our second year here & it only gets better! Beach is gorgeous & boardwalk is fun
Just got home from two nights at the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. The place is beautiful. The lobby is large and elegant. The rooms are immaculate and bright. The hotel is unpretentious and kid friendly with two awesome pools - one with a water slide. The location is spectacular, with the Lone Palm Beach Bar and FlowRider surf machine on the famous Hollywood Broadwalk. Greeted my Chris in the front drive and Jeff and the front desk. Amazing location and service. Love the pools, my boys enjoyed every minute. Food was delicious and of course what's Margaritaville without a Margarita.. Will definitely be back!

We came here for a one night Get away and were greeted by the nicest staff!!! We absolutely loved it!! Ronald and Jeffrey were the best! Friendly staff, cery clean hotel, the suite we stayed in was beautiful. Will definitely come back soon!!! Thank you!!!! We also had dinner at the JWB restaurant, amazing!! Very delicious and courteous staff.
It was my Birthday. I went with a friend of mine. It was my first time there. We had a couple of drinks with the bar keep William.. He recommended the Cuban sandwich which was fantastic. It was a great birthday. Thank you very much. I will be back again.
