Beautiful hotel on the beach!! Excellent service �
This resort was the best I have been to! The entire staff is super welcoming, nice & helpful. They go out of heir way to initiate and be proactive about making sure everything for you is wonderful. They're always smiling and just so pleasant. The amenities are heavenly! From the spa, the the poolside cabana's and poolside service and the beachside service. Our second day here and it's been absolutely wonderful! Great beach, pools, bars, room! The decor in the lobby is even incredible. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely come back!!!
Ate at their restaurant along the intercostal The service was excellent. Kristin was our waitress The food was ok but a little pricy and they charge a service charge for where you are eating
The perfect get-away! Sad to leave on Sunday. Staff were amazing, pools and beach to die for. I will definitely stay here again. !

This was the worst vacation I have ever had. The housekeeping staff was horrible. Always had to ask for towels. They actually put dirty glasses back on the bar area. When I brought them to the front desk all they replied with was... "bring them back to your room and I will call housekeeping " ... and of course the next few days they just didn't move the glasses at all.... no clean glasses and left dirty ones on the table. I would like to extend a huge thanks to a couple of your employees that made our daughters (Lola) bday weekend extremely special. These employees went out of the way. First off with Luis at the front in Valet then met by Ron who remembers our face every time. Our #6 cabana rental was outstanding with Donnie Ray as the server (one of the best services we've ever had).
