Loved everything about it. We did a 4 day getaway and everything was perfect. The accommodations and people were top notch. Definitely going to make it my getaway vacation place.
Just spent the week of 6/27 at Margaritaville (husband and 2 teenage boys). It was wonderful. From check in to check out, everyone was pleasant and helpful. At check in we asked if we could see an Oceanview room that we booked, with thoughts of possibly upgrading to Oceanfront. One of the bellhops kindly took us to see both rooms and we decided to upgrade to Oceanfront. Definitely worth it. Beautiful view, spacious and clean room. I really like this place, went there last Friday, a live band was playing, people dancing...drinks were flowing. The Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort is decorated on a level where I felt like I was back in the Islands. Went back the next night, people everywhere feeling happy and I even walked up on the pier where the moon showcased itself next to the beach where the warm water flowed, now this was a beautiful site.
We had a wonderful vacation this past week at the resort. It was exactly what we expected. Was it pricey? Yes. It's an oceanfront themed resort. The room was clean and comfortable and decorated in calming decor. The bathroom was not very private from the room. It's definitely an open concept. There is a barn door, but I personally like a little more privacy. We had an ocean view room which gave us wonderful views of the ocean, south, and the ICW. Best hotel vacation I have experienced in a long time! From the food, employees, great vibes, amazing decoration, very clean. All around a pleasurable experience for my birthday weekend. I highly recommend this hotel! I cannot wait to come back again.
This place has totally screwed up my account financially because of all the fees and charges that were "authorized" and were supposed to fall off but then posted! After hassling with a duplicate pet fee I was charged, they ended up removing it but after reading my daughters review on Facebook they contacted her and said that they were going to refund the ACTUAL single pet fee that I was supposed to be charged as well for all the inconvenience but I still haven't heard from anyone. Perfect from the gorgeous hotel and grounds to the food to the very very personable staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. This is the only beach resort I will now stay at in the states. 5 days here is not enough. Can't wait to come back.
