Valet was horrible, took over 30 minutes and there was no crowd and valet attendants just standing around talking to each other. The valet manager on duty was unapologetic and rude. The front desk said there was no hotel manager on duty to address the issue. Totally unacceptable.

Clearly the best resort in the Southern part of Florida. Safe, comfortable , and very accommodating. Beach behind the pools (3), and a fantastic gym. Rooms very clean, and respect privacy. I drove from CT, and I had my doubts due to other experiences, however this was a truly exceptional experience.
See my review on the 5 o'clock Somewhere Bar... Sad... Needing locals for the summer, they change there 2 for 1 menu to make other places a better value.... Great bartenders... Bad managers... The boat is taking water in less than a year...

I love what they did to the area. Everyone in The hotel was super nice super gracious .Silvia In the gift shop was very nice and gave us a lot of information about the place. The land shark restaurant was excellent.Our room was on the 17th floor 1732 the Best view .Thank you for everything Mark an angel
We went during spring break. Room was very clean. Check in was easy very nice staff. We went for dinner at one of the restaurants and it took us about two hours to eat. Service was so slow. Hopefully just working out kinks... Next time I might try another restaurant. Also, if you have girls that want their hair braided you couldn't pay at the pool. And they added a huge tip to it. My husband Christopher and I stayed last night! We LOVED the hotel! The rooms were clean and staff was great! Loved our umbrella and chairs on the beach! Thanks for the upgrade to a suite...that was a pleasant surprise! Ate at the steakhouse and the food was Amazing! We WILL BE BACK for sure!
arrived around 3:30pm and still waiting to be checked in:( shouldn't take this long to get to our rooms:(

Had a great time relaxing by the pool. Got to celebrate my fathers 60th birthday in style. A special thanks to Nisha in valet for her great customer service and charming personality.
If you come to this hotel and all you can do is complain on Facebook then you really don't understand Jimmy Buffet & The Florida Keys Vibe. This hotel is not dirty & has a very laid back attitude. All the staff was extremely accommodating. Food was great, drinks were strong & room was amazing. Our new favorite place. If you don't like it, park yourself over at the Ritz Carlton where you snobby people belong.
