Vacationed in Hollywood. Met a great waitress on our last night with same name "Karen Tucker" @ Land & Shark. Small world, have to look her up next time down.
This place is amazing! The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and willing to help with whatever we wanted. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere truly captures Jimmy Buffett. We loved the Landshark Bar and Grill. We ate there several times. The manager Steven and waitress Jo were the best! They even gave us a few souvenirs to take home to our Jimmy Buffett themed pool bar. It was expensive but worth every penny!
Staff is very friendly. Resort is spotless & the sun is shining. It's going to be a great day!
Amazing scenery once u walk through the front doors. Valet service was immediately attentive however once we checked in we were not given much information regarding the resort that we were going to spend 4 nights with two rooms. We had selected the breakfast included option but never informed how that process worked. We then had to locate our luggage to have someone bring it up to our rooms. OMG the hotel was fantastic. It was clean and well staffed. The attention to detail was amazing, from the margarita glass chandelier in the lobby to the dolphin fin handles on the bathroom sinks. I can't forget to mention the staff....They were great. Nice, helpful, always smiling. Every time we encountered a member of the staff, they smiled and said hello. Just got back from our vacation at the resort. We had an amazing time. The resort is spotless. The concierge was so helpful and professional. Cleaning staff was excellent. We had plenty of room while lounging by the pool, relaxing on the beach. I loved how the staff would greet you at the beach and find the perfect location for you to sun bathe and enjoy the pristine Hollywood beach. This is a beautiful resort with plenty to do for the family & for night life! We just spent the weekend there for my birthday & I can't wait to go back.
