We loved staying at Margaritaville. Stayed at the Diplomat last year but wanted to try Margaritaville this year and we are glad we did. Everything you could possibly want at a resort. We did it all! Great customer service and love the theme throughout the resort! Looking forward to next year.
My husband and I just came home from 3 night (which we extended to 4 because we didn't want to leave) at your Hollywood Beach, FL location. Me and my wife, and daughter are staying at margaritaville and the only thing I can is that we had a blast from check in to check out. The service went out if the way to make sure we had a good experience. We will most definitely come back.

Just tried to book one night in August to celebrate our anniversary and they wanted over $400 a night with a 2 night minimum. Not a flip-flop kind of place

I stayed at Margaritaville from July 19th to 24th. I was with my teenage daughter and a family friend with a tween and teen. We check in and I am told by nasty Maria at the front desk that I owed money for a balance I had no idea about and they run your credit card for $100 a day for future charges while there. Are you kidding me??? No one told me about these charges online or on the phone prior to checking in. I felt they were shady about it. Beautiful and well staffed. Always something to do.
Its such a beautiful resort unfortunetely there are some issues. 35 dollars a day for valet parking, no beach activities included, no continental breakfast, nothing. Also, the resort will close down certain parts for a private party. If Im paying 3 to 400 dollars a night how do you justify telling me my money isnt good enough. Thank goodness for the wonderful restaurants along the beach with breakfast and decent priced drinks. 10 bucks for a watered down cocktail is absurd. Again margaritaville, great place ti visit. We stayed here for one night & then came back to use the pool with friends each time excellent service! Great place for a family vacation! Awesome Customer Service!
