Awesome.......Soooooo much better than the Hard Rock at Universal.
So thankful for the kind young man who helped my husband on the Flo Rider. He is disabled and has a hard time walking. He has a blast today! Thank you for being such caring young men!!

Beautiful property in a great place. Large comfortable guest rooms with big balcony beach views. Lots of restaurant and bar choices. Thrillednthat i have to spend three days here on business. Gorgeous watching the sunrise on the ocean and relaxing at night listenin b to the waves. Even the meeting are lobby has gorgeous views. #IARE32
My wife and i are huge Margaritaville fans and try to go to them when ever we can. We have been to Atlantic city, Myrtle beach, destin, key west, and Puerto Rico, and the one in Hollywood doesnt hold a fame in comparison. We decided to go for lunch before booking a weekend get away and decided after going that we will find another place to go. This looks like they tried just not hard enough. I got this hotel for my mother's birthday, it was beautiful. How ever I was not informed you could only have so many people as a guest, we could not get our company in from out of town and out of state. I tried to talk to the manager he didn't care , he just told us go to the beach. One young lady told ask to go inside and talk to Jeff. I went in three times to dpeak with him, he was no where to be found. No one asked for my room number or phone number to inform him I was looking for him, everyone working the desk was overwh... read more

Went for lunch and service was painfully slow despite not being very busy. They also did not have any limes for my drink. After I complained to a manager did they appears. What's up with this place. Beautiful but service is terrible. I hear that from a lot of people. I guess they figure it's a tourist place and they can get away with whatever they want because no one comes back.
