Excellent staff very helpful, truly great experience
I needed a reservation for 2 days and booked realizing only afterwards that it was only for 1 day and couldn't get another night because they were booked. I cancelled the reservation within 2 minutes of booking it and now they want to charge me $417 cancellation fee because apparently I booked some special rate which I wasn't aware off. Talked to the hotel directly, they didn't care and wouldn't refund it. Talked to their customer care, same won't do anything. Clean and new! Great location on the lower east side. The rooms are comfy and cozy and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!
