Wish they had more star to give!! GREAT experience from Hemma taking care of a room issues before we arrived, Noel greeting us when we arrived and was able to check in early and check out late and then Ali getting us a private car service for the ride back to Grand Central!! The room was very clean. If you're staying in lower east side stay here!!
Great stay here, the nice people, the hard working staff, excellent all the way around.
Had a spontaneous trip out to the city and booked a room here last minute. My stay was tremendous. The room was great. Do not let this area scare you. It is a very lively area and some great restaurants/pizza shops/markets. Rooms were very modern and comfortable. I would stay here again, and I am actually planning on coming back in the next few months. If you get the chance, visit Christina down at the bar. she was great and the food was very good. I can not wait to visit again. Thank you for everything!
Small, but nice rooms. Ideal location for transit or driving.
