The front desk staff were fabulous. The rooms were spacious and spotless. My family came to NYC due to an ill family member who passed away during our stay. Management helped us to arrange an extension of our stay with such compassion and care. We are forever grateful. The Retro restaurant at the hotel served great mojitos and margaritas! We were greeted by the chef, by Brian and by Dre on separate days and they were all so welcoming. I would definitely return. Thank you Holiday Inn LES!
Really enjoyed our stay here and anticipate returning again soon I hope. The staff is very friendly and approachable from the desk clerks to the cleaners/maids. Our room had an enormous KING size bed, very clean, free WiFi! Two subway stations just steps away for a quick trip into Mid or Uptown, walking distance to Chinatown, Little Italy and the immediate area has plenty of conveniences, eateries and shops. If you drive there is a parking lot right across the street with 24 hr. attendant and is about $31 US a day.
Location was horrible. I spent more in cabs then I saved by staying there. Other IBM'ers beware. Spend the extra for The Standard instead.
My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon in NYC.. this hotel was a little ways from the city which was fine. But was extremely close to the subway. The staff was great the room was clean and well kept. The bed was super comfortable. Would return and recommend to friends and family and others.. thank you. P.S. my husband would like to know what mattress brand we slept on.. he now wants that mattress. Lol!
Booked a single night stay at this establishment via Hotwire and I just have to say that I was absolutely blown away! From the second I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile. They went above and beyond my expectations for the stay. I will more than likely book directly through them now instead of going to a third party deal site. The staff was absolutely incredible, the rooms were nice and clean as well. I highly suggest staying here while visiting NYC. The Lower East Side is a great area also!

This has been the very worse we have ever stayed in. Location is the worse. Not a safe suburb to be in. Staff were unbelievable. Downstairs in the dining room we were literally served by zombies. Reception staff have no customer service skills that you would expect. We do NOT recommend this Hotel in any way. Be not fooled by the star ratings that you read about this place. It is not worth spoiling your holiday on!!!
