Such nice & friendly staff!! All the staff from the reception desk to the cleaning staff were so friendly & helpful with everything from the elevators(couldn't get it to work when we 1st arrived) to local transport & recommending tourist attractions(there's a machine in the lobby that let's you buy tourist tickets). The location was great was walking distance to Chinatown & Little Italy & Delancy Street subway station was 2 minutes away. 2. Minutes walk from Delacy street tube station, room we stayed in was cleaned extensively every day, a great team. Working in reception.
Great location in the lower east side of nyc. Close to subway and china town. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Very convenient for taxi drop off from laguardia airport. Small hotel, clean, friendly. I will stay here again!
Helpful staffs and the location is very convenient to the city centre. 3 minutes walk to subway.
